Sometimes a day full of dancing, singing, playing the piano,
coloring, and running around with the dog
just wipes this poor girl right out,
to the point where she commits
dinner neglect.

Meanwhile, I am an official gym member.
I took a Group Personal Training class last night.
It was like the horrible conditioning I used to do
 to prepare for basketball season!
Every inch of my body hurts.
I don't think I'll be doing that class again.

I LOVE THIS, Mel!!! I am so proud of you! Gosh, those conditioning days were quite "hellish" weren't they!? Well, keep up the good work! LOVE YOU!

i think that is awesome. i was watching basketball w/ casey last night and reminiscing myself about b-ball in elementary/middle school. gotta love those conditioning drills. run, touch the line, come back, etc etc etc. i should have my kids do those when we're working w/ limited space to get their energy out. love you sis. i'll be anxious to hear about the personal training class. take care.
