Pumpkin Bread

Today I wanted my house to smell like baked pumpkin.
So I decided if I could find a pumpkin recipe
that I already had all the ingredients for,
I'd force myself to make it.
When I found this pumpkin bread recipe, I was ecstatic.

I'll tell you what,
baking without a KitchenAid is not easy.
I felt like a pioneer mixing with a wooden spoon.
Either way, this bread is so good,
it was worth the elbow grease required.
And it only took me about 15 minutes of prep time.

It was a great way to make this
90 degree Arizona weather
at least smell like October.
